How Pricing Works
Cleanup pricing is based on:
The number of months that need to be reviewed and corrected
Your regular monthly bookkeeping rate
The number of accounts and transactions
Payroll, sales tax, inventory, invoicing, or integration issues
The overall condition and complexity of your QuickBooks file
Estimated cleanup fee:
Number of months requiring cleanup × applicable monthly bookkeeping rate
For example, if your monthly bookkeeping rate is $750 and your books need six months of cleanup:
6 months × $750 = $4,500 estimated cleanup fee
The final price will be confirmed after an initial review of your QuickBooks file.
